Parking in public parking lots is subject to the payment of a fee, through the use of fixed collection systems of the parking meter type (where hourly amounts to be paid will be indicated), and/or other prepaid parking collection systems. Parking in public parking lots, including manned parking lots, does not give the right to vehicle custody.
